The Melbourne Sports Institute is the leading provider of sports staff and Government sports programs in Victoria. We are dedicated to developing sport by providing specialised sports staff to schools, sporting clubs and sporting associations. We are the 'team behind the team' as we work diligently behind the scenes to help enrich and, ultimately, optimise sport development programs.

Our head office is located in Caulfield South with weekday office hours of 9am until 5pm.

You are responsible for:

• Managing staff availabilities and rostering
• Effectively managing client bookings, requests and relationships
• Recruitment of new staff
• Presenting staff inductions
• Managing staff child safety compliance 
• Staff payments
• Marketing to potential clients

Academic Qualifications: 

The desired applicant has a Bachelor Degree in one of the following disciplines:

• Sports Management
• Business 
• Commerce
