We are looking for a motivated and result-driven sales & retail specialist with a customer-focused mindset, to join our Australian sales team based in Sydney. In your position you will:
- Be a Wellness Ambassador and inspire customers to achieve their personal wellness;
- Meet customer satisfaction objectives and deliver a professional service for a highly demanding clientele;
- Sell Technogym products and services primarily through the phone, and specifically to our home-consumer audience (mainly HNWI);
- Sell Technogym products and services face to face, in the Technogym Showroom or retail store;
- Secondarily, support the field sales staff in their sales process.
- Achievement of telesales targets;
- Management of inbound calls and of promotional outbound activities;
- Management of selective outbound calls for new contacts and sales;
- CRM management and field support and scheduling;
- Support and delivery of marketing campaigns;
- Respect of Technogym cultural model, company policies and procedures, compliant to Corporate Governance
Required skills and experience
- 2 years of sales or telesales experience;
- Proven track record in sales and account management;
- Strong experience in customer service (luxury selling highly valued);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Phone Sales techniques;
- Long term customer relationship approach;
- CRM software knowledge (Salesforce.com is a plus);
- Passion for health and fitness.
